I’m Paul Jason, an ambitious and accomplished award winning creative director with over 20 years experience across design and digital, I hold a track record of idea generation, art direction and team leadership. I like to listen, love to solve problems and believe that design should simplify connectivity between brands, consumers and people.
As a seasoned creative director I am confident and proven in establishing, mentoring and directing teams. I have delivered industry and audience recognised campaigns, products and platforms. I thrive on collaboration; believing it to be the fundamental building block of success. I savour opportunities to work with people who hold contradictory ideas, differing abilities and varied experiences; having partnered with strategic thought leaders, copywriters, art directors, tech heads and UX boffins to deliver richer, deeper solutions.
I hold a wealth of experience, gleaned from managing DUKE Interactive, a highly successful digital design agency and having consulted at some of the world’s leading advertising and digital agencies. I see digital, backed with design, as the catalyst to serving exceptional experiences, yet I know that they are worthless without a solid creative concept at their heart. I take everyday as a challenge to learn, try something new and roll up my sleeves.

I love all things digital and I also have an ‘outside of work’ life that includes a passion for paragliding, cycling, climbing, shark fishing, tiger wrestling, snail racing, worm breeding, movies, stop motion filming, illustration and collecting sp-orks; the 80's NYC craze that recognised the spiritual union of half spoons and half forks. Okay, I made a few of them up ;)
